I lost my EE SIM card so need a new one but I am on a payg legacy pack on my missing SIM, so I need to know: if I get a new SIM, will the pack transfer over or is that not possible?

You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no. & plan to your UK addy. Don't just order a new PAYG SIM as it will have an uo-to-date pack on it.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
