I've recently transferred my sky mobile number over to EE. Decided i wanted the rest of the family to transfer from Sky to EE as well. This was carried out in an EE store at the weekend (Saturday). All the numbers have been transferred over to EE as of yesterday (Tuesday). In total 4 numbers where changed over. 3 of the numbers can make / receive calls and texts. The forth one can send and receive texts but cant make or receive calls. when i call the number the call just cancels.
is there anyway of finding out how to rectify this without calling EE or visiting their shop?

If the number in question has received the "port-in complete" notification but some aspects of the service have not fully transferred, then this will need CS intervention to rectify. There's a very good chance it could be resolved in a short time by speaking to CS.
No-one on this internet forum has access to individual customer accounts, I strongly suspect retail staff will also just call CS on your behalf.
