A couple of weeks back my SIM failed to register in my phone (coming up with an error claiming the SIM wasn't inserted) for about an hour, then it started working again. However, today it has totally died with it (my monthly contract EE SIM card) not registering at all in my primary phone or a backup all day despite many reboots, removal, cleaning, reinserted etc.
Other SIM cards are registering in the primary phone leading me to confirm my SIM has died - how do I go about getting a replacement SIM when I now don't have a functioning phone? Hoping someone from EE support can reply to this and help me out.
Thanks in advance!

Take phone into an EE shop with Photo ID & they'll transfer number, any SIM contacts & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free or order a replacement SIM for £1.50 by phoning CS for one. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.
