BT pac code not accepted to enable keep original number

Why is my BT pac code not accepted, I keep getting the error message please use correct code, my code is valid until 3rd January 2024.

I am unable to use the 150 call option as suffer badly with tinnitus in both ears and no other option to contact.

Did you provide the PAC when ordering the EE SIM?

Yes when I placed the order to switch.

You won't need to provide the PAC again as this would show an error as this is already in progress. 

Have you received the EE SIM and installed this into a device to register?

Yes I installed yesterday afternoon, but its showing the new EE number which means I cannot be contacted at the moment.

Is the BT SIM still working? 

The number transfer should start for you the next working day if this before 5:30pm.

  • No the BT sim is disconnected now, so will the sim automatically change to my new number?

Hi @Dippedidooda 

Yes, this will transfer to the new EE SIM for you and can take up till midnight on the transfer day to fully complete.
