SIM card set

I’ve just switched my mobile from BT to EE and have kept my old SIM card. It’s saying I have no service at all and even with WiFi calling switched on I’m unable to call EE or BT to get it sorted? Can anyone help at all?

You should have received an EE SIM card which your BT number would transfer over to the SIM, do you have this?

Yes I finally found it after speaking with someone. I was told that I would be receiving a new SIM card but didn’t realise it would be in the same package as my phone as the email regarding the SIM card was sent a few days after my phone arriving, but luckily I kept the bag it had all come in so manage to find it.
