After porting number not receiving security texts from bank and other apps

Hi, after porting my number, I am not receiving security messages to verify bank transfers or getting any messages when apps send a code for security reasons. Called several times and issue is still un resolved. Hope you can help.

Can you receive person-to-person texts? Are you in the UK or abroad?

More importantly, you mention "called several times" - what was the result of those calls to CS, what did they do?
