Hi,
It’s been over 24 hours since I have ported to EE. I am able to do outgoing calls but there’s no incoming calls or SMS. I am using an iPhone 11
Can someone from @EE have a look into this?

A PAC submitted on Sunday would be treated as submitted on Monday, port-in should have been Tuesday.
Advice to contact CS stands.

A port-in is usually completed the working day after you submit a PAC. Are you saying that you have done this, received notification of port-in complete, restarted your phone and are still having problems?
Is the number being sent with outgoing calls, the correct one?

I did not receive any notification to mention port is completed, although the port was done over the weekend.
For the outgoing calls, yes it’s showing the correct number.

Port-ins are not actioned on non-working days. When did you submit your PAC?
You should contact EE-CS on 150, they have access to your individual account and can advise further.

The PAC was submitted on Sunday and my service from the old operator has been discontinued. I am trying to link my number on the EE app which requires OTP via SMS which I am unable to receive.
