Hi,
I have bought a new physical EE PAYG SIM card which I want to add to my existing EE account. I want to activate it online, but I am not replacing any of my existing phone numbers - it is an extra line on my account.
Is there a simple way to do this without putting the SIM card into a phone?
thanks

Did anyone find a solution? I called support and they say not supported. On website when I try to link it says I need to verify ID. Which is correct?

Hi @Tm34,
Welcome to the Community!
What is it you are trying to do whe you are being prompted to verify your ID?

Exactly the same as people above in thread.
Add PAYG sim to same account as my pay monthly sim
I followed the instructions to link accounts from the EE app. When I entered the mobile of the PAYG it came back with a message saying I need to go to a store to verify ID or call 150
When I called 150 I was told I couldn’t link a PAYG with my monthly account. That I would instead have to create a new account with a different email.

Ahh, I understand @Tm34. Thanks for clarifiying.
This isn't something that we are able to do, so you would need to create a different account with a different email address.
