Data plan add on

GemmaOll

Hi, I hope you are well. I recently purchased a 12 day eu data add on but I didnt receive a confirmation message and when I check my account to see if if added on it does not show. I have left it several hours to see if it was just a delay in processing but it is still not showing. I just wanted to make sure that if I added it on again that I would not be charged twice. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Just what have you purchased? What's its full name? There isn't any 12-day roaming add-on; only 1 day & 7 days.

Hi @GemmaOll

Welcome to the Community.

Did you receive a text message from us once you had landed to purchase the 12-day Pass?
Are you able to use your services abroad as expected?
You would usually get confirmation back to confirm your purchase has been successful. If you disconnect from any WiFi and head to add-on.ee.co.uk, what can you see?

@XRaySpeX the 12-day pass is shown here 👉 Roaming Refresh and available for trips in the EU

Thanks, @Linzi_H . I hadn't seen that. When was it introduced?

EDIT: OK, I found it - 23rd July 2025, 4 days ago. I was away at the time.
