Account suddenly saying not eliginle for upgrade

This morning i was looking at upgrades, just wanted to see how much i had to pay off for my contract so i had to send off for the pac number which is the inly way apparently and now it says im not eligible for an upgrade.
Never done this before when asking for my pac number especially considering im on upgrade anytime

@Sam193 : No, you just had to text INFO to 85075 to find out how much you had to pay off for your contract.
Now that you've asked for your PAC you've signalled to EE you're thinking of leaving. Now you can't upgrade until the PAC expires.
