can not contact customer services as l am new customer as the automated system does not recognise my EE number yesterday was Supposed to change to my old bt number but has not, can someone please ring me to get this sorted as it 2 days now my EE number is xxxxxxxxxxxxx my old bt number is xxxxxxxxxxx

Are you typing your temporary EE number to the system, or the number you wish to port across?
