I’m losing the will to live with ee .
so I ordered 3 new SIM cards I eventually got them delivered.then the problem started I can’t activate these sims I spent the whole day trying to get through to ee and talking to them to find out the sims sent to me are payg SIM cards and have been cancelled.what ever is going on the sim packs say paym 12 months sim.it seems to me the the customer service team at ee don’t know what their doing at all.I now have to wait for the account teams to reinstate these sims they can’t even tell when this will be done.
terrible service anyone else had this problem and how long does it take to sort out

I'm sorry to hear that you have this problem with your account. I'm not sure what's being re-instated on the account, because we don't have access to your account here, but most transactions are completed within 24 hours.
