My Samsung21 phone using dual Sim cards will not now delete an old voicemail sent to me on EE sim unless I am in the UK,
It bugs me not able to get rid of it. I know press 3 used to do it but, its been stuck on my phone for ages, any ideas welcome

Are you saying that... you have a saved voicemail in your EE mailbox, you can dial voicemail and listen to the message but when you press option 3 to delete it, you get an audible announcement advising you need to be in the UK to delete it?
If so - what is the exact wording of the message? Which country are you in? When did you receive the message? When did you save it?
Feel free to correct anything I have assumed wrong - and fill in any gaps.

Sorry about the delay. I hit the OLD voice mail (pls get rid of it) and the lady says put your phone number in followed by the hash key. I put it correctly as in my EE page on the internet etc and I get the reply its a wrong number NOW. There must be a way to get this off my phone. I was told by Google that I needed to be in the UK to delete it when I have tried before.
Thanks

Hi @Tel8.
Do you have both SIMs in your device when trying to delete the voicemail?
Are you roaming outside the EU?
