Wrong bill that I will NEVER pay!!!

Please get in touch with me. I am staying abroad for several month. I stopped using my sim card because I received a wrong bill of £99.90 after the first month on a monthly contract and then was transferred to pay as you go.  I was reassured by multiple managers that I would not receive any additional charges as I was not making any calls. And I payed £35 pounds and was told my tarif plan was changed to £15 and I have already overpaid £20. And I was receiving calls just through the redirection to my virtual British number.  I can't get in touch with the customer support because I have NO OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE OUTGOING CALLs to the UK. Call me please

URGENT: Remove your mobile no. from this public forum. You wanna be scammed?

What is exactly wrong with your use of phone abroad?

When was your SIM moved to PAYG? It takes 30 days notice to cancel a contract & before it is moved to PAYG. Had that change taken place while abroad you can't now use it at all while abroad. To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
