You can check personalised roaming information, including available add‑ons and what your plan covers, on our Roaming Costs page once you’ve logged in with your EE account details.
To make sure your account’s set up for use abroad, please get in touch with our team. They’ll be able to access your account and make sure everything is ready before you travel.

Are you still in the UK, or are you already abroad? Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?
Are you asking about enabling the free roaming facility? Or a billing add-on to cover the cost of doing so?
