Vietnam is within Roaming Zone 1 so should be able to be used with a Full Works plan taken on or after 29th August 2024 as this gives access to all Zone 1 Destinations.

It used to be that with the Roam Abroad Pass you could roam in USA + 4 other non-EU countries only. Now with the Roaming Refresh introducing the ROW Zone 1 Pass & including it in Full Works plans you can roam in many more countries on top of USA.

I thought this was sorted. You have a Full Works plan. The Full Works plan includes the ROW 1 Pass. The ROW 1 Pass covers Vietnam.
