Unable to make calls

Whilst travelling in Australia, I've used up all my roaming data (which is fine - as I'm connected to Wifi most of the time) but I can't make cellular calls, I receive a message saying "sorry this service is not available".

Anyone know how I can resolve this?

Have you been able to make or receive calls whilst in Australia on this trip? Same question for sending or receiving text messages?

Have you tried toggling flight mode or manually selecting an alternative Aussie network?
