I am aware a number of EE users in portugal have had an issue making calls after the power outage 5 days ago. My wife and I still cannot make calls (including WiFi calls)
How do we fix?

No ee haven't got back to me they say they are looking at it but nothing happening

My husband and I are exactly the same! I spoke to EE and they are aware of the issue but currently don’t have a solution and couldn’t give a timescale for when it will be fixed - very frustrating

We are in Portugal and can't make mobile calls back to the UK. We have Roaming on our contract and our mobile data is on. We are automatically connected to NOS but have tried MEO and Vodaphone manually with no joy. Whatsapp and messenger are both OK. We have tried turning our WIFI off but still no joy. We have tried turning our phone on and off and still no joy. Any more ideas please?

Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.

Yes we are using the Country code and yes we have a 2 year contract with ee. Thanks for the advise.

Yes exactly the same issue I have not resolved contacted ee via Twitter and help on app. No help.
