Unable to make and receive calls

Hi, I have just purchased an EE SIM card and plan to use it outside of the UK. I activated the SIM card and inserted it into the device. I received a roaming SMS. But incoming and outgoing calls are not established. How can I fix this problem?

I presume from your reference to "purchasing a SIM", that you're on PAYG? If so, do you have sufficient credit to make or receive the call abroad?

Text BALANCE to 150 and confirm the result - which country are you in?
