I am facing network connectivity issues, I received the welcome to Benin message but upon arrival into Togo the sim brings up an error ‘not registered on network’.
Any solution for this please?

@Firesign Try a manual network search. But definitely restart the device as it’s now trying to connect to a different network

Thank you, I tried that but the available networks aren't accepted. Error message, 'Your sim doesn't allow a connection to this network'

This has all the hallmarks of a local network issue. If you're able to use Skype or another web-calling app to contact EE CS via +44 800 9566000 they should have further steps open. Especially if the same network you've previously connected to, is now rejecting your SIM.
Otherwise just keep trying. Roaming is clearly enabled, going by receipt of the welcome SMS.
