No mobile network

I still haven't got network its absolutely ridiculous and I'm being charged full amount for both phones which is unbelievable as I'm unable to use my phone even in an emergency from my son's school. How long to get resolved otherwise I will have to leave this network after 20 years

When you refer to "still" can you confirm your situation, are you a new customer, abroad etc...
