• Im going to turkey and i have a roaming pass eu i called and they said im covered to use my phone in turkey like i do in the uk. When i go online it says you need roaming pass row now im confused can anyone tell me what is correct

Turkey is not in the EU, so any roaming add-ons or inclusive bundles you have that cover EU-roaming, are not applicable in non-EU countries.

Roaming costs for Turkey are available at https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs > Turkey & Northern Cyprus. This includes options for 24hrr & weekly-flat-rate passes.

Assuming you're on pay-monthly, ensure you enable roaming by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK - this unlocks access to foreign networks.

Please make sure that you have roaming enabled on your account before going abroad.

You will get a welcome text when you land in Turkey, which will let you know whether you have to pay or have it inclusive.

You'll receive a Welcome text upon arrival at a country giving your roaming options.

As you are on contract, you may use your usual UK allowances in the EE ROW Zone 1 with up to 50 GB data per billing month if you have more, when you buy the Zone 1 Pass for £6 / day or £30 / week or already have it as an Inclusive Extra or you have an EE Full Works or EE Max Plan. Otherwise you will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs/.

Just remember to text ROAMING to 150 before leaving UK to ensure the roaming ability is enabled on your no.
