Roaming not working in Andorra

specificityy

Arrived in Andorra 2 days ago and have tried everything, me and my family have 3 EE sims and none have data or voice, despite saying 5G with full bars, no internet and no calls can be made.

We were in Barcelona 2 days ago for a few days  and roaming worked fine.

Tried selecting the network manually but the only one displaying is the same AndorraTelcom which gets picked up automatically.

We’re all on the monthly roaming subscription plan.

Any help is much appreciated.

@specificityy : What is this monthly roaming subscription plan you say you had? Since 4th Dec there is no longer any monthly roaming add ons.

You've been roaming successfully in the EU but now you've moved out of the EU to a Zone 3 country where diff roaming conditions hold.

Are you on contract or PAYG?

The £10.79 a month rolling roaming add on, it’s the one I say I have.

I’m a contract user and it’s a business line, I got the add on just before the trip so they still sell it.

Then, I was on the phone with EE tech support which say things should work with my current setup.

Just wondering if anybody has had these issues.

Things are diff for business. As I read it the £10.79  Roam Abroad Monthly Pass only covers the EU. I can't see what covers Andorra.

@specificityy   There is free WiFi available in all of the hotels and bars as well as on the slopes so worth using that, especially as Andorra is not in the EU so charges and costs are not cheap.

Which resort are you in?

Thanks, been using both the hotel’s and slopes’, I’m in Arinsal.
