@Mt1971 : How do you have the Roam Abroad Pass? Is it an Inclusive Extra? From Dec. '24 it could no longer be bought.

  1. EE's Staple Links policy requires you to spend no more than 2 month outside the UK in any 4 month period to benefit from its roaming allowances.
  2. In any billing month you may not use more 50 GB data while roaming.

Hey

thanks for responding, yeah it’s inclusive extra from a plan I got back in August 23

so 50gb a month and after two months it sounds like I’ll be better off getting a local SIM card

appreciate your guidance

@Mt1971  Provided you keep the usage low you should be ok.   It’s only when you start heavy usage that EE might take action.   EE will notify you before hand.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Thanks a lot 👍🏻
