Roaming doesn't seem to be working

 I've deleted and re downloaded the app. All sorts as my roaming doesn't seem to be working. I'm peed off. I can't call 150 or anything

There is a known fault by the look of it, lots of others with the same issue.

Just to confirm, are you abroad currently and facing issues using your services? If so, can you please tell us a little bit more about what's happening? 

Did you recieve a landing text upon your arrival?
