I am gutted to hear you are experiencing issues using your phone whilst in Spain.
Did you receive a Welcome text when you arrived?
Have you been able to use your phone abroad before?
Sometimes restarting your phone can get you up and working, or trying a manual Network search.
If you are on contract, did you activate your roaming before leaving the UK by texting ROAMING to 150?
