Hi,

I am travelling Italy, and I don’t want to use the EE plan for the UK here. I turned off the number but already got the message that I will be charged £2.47/day. How can I stop this?

Thank you

Then don't use any of your UK allowances while there. The £2.47 is only charged on the days that you do.

And to clarify... your UK allowances mean making or receiving any calls, sending any text messages or using mobile data.

Do any of the above, and £2.47/day covers everything. Do none of the above, and no charge is incurred. If you use WiFi-calling to do any of the above, the charge is also incurred.
