Roaming charges for Austrilia

I heading to Australia and the roaming charges are £25 a week.

After much discussion there is nothing EE/BT can do to reduce this before I go.

So after 30 years I will be leaving BT/EE. Customer loyality means nothing.

@Peter298   This is an add on that you chose to have or not there is no way you’ll be able to lower the cost of an add on for time served.  Roaming is optional.

The vast majority, if not all, countries globally now have a flat-rate roaming option which many consumers seem to want.

There's bound to be winners & losers in every pricing change.

I think EE are the winners in this case.

Who is winning apart from EE when the cost is the same now for 7 days as it use to be for 30 days??
