I am in the US and have Roam Abroad pass installed to my 24 months monthly plan. My data is working and i can make calls inside the US and to the UK (with a very unstable connection but it's working at least), but I can't receive any calls or messages either from inside the US or from the UK.
Is that normal?, what can i do to solve this issue? P.S: calling customer service from abroad always fails and the network drops.

If you've not done so already, try manually cycling through each local network in turn - are the symptoms identical across each one?
Can you send text messages? And if so - what about if you send one to yourself? Did you receive the welcome text message when you first arrived?
What do you mean by "a very unstable connection" for voice calls?

Thank you for responding.
I can send text messages and make calls, but can't receive both. i tried sending message to myself, it was delivered normally, but any other number trying to call me it says "the number you dialed cannot accept this call" and in case of text messages they never arrive to my phone and gives the sender "not delivered".
very unstable connection as in robotic and sometimes the call just drops.

Is the "number you have dialled" announcement in an American voice, or a British one? That will give an indication of where it's being generated from.

when i try switching from the one automatically selected it gives an error saying network unavailable and return to automatic selection on its own
