Hi, I am going to Australia for a month so I have got the Roam Further add-on which allows you to use the same minutes and data allowances that you have in the UK when you are in some countries outside the EU including the US and Australia. But I am not clear if you can use the allowances just within the country you are in or whether you can also call/text other countries for which the pass is valid, including the UK. A guy in my local EE shop said it applied only to the country you are in but an EE guide on the phone told me you could also call other countries in the plan for no extra cost. Could the community clarify this please?

Any call made whilst roaming in the eligible countries, to any in-country destination, or anywhere within the UK or EE-Europe zone, is inclusive.

You may call and text numbers in the UK, the EU and in the other 4 non-EU countries where the Roam Abroad Pass is valid.
