I need help to cancel the international pass add-on as I don't know it has the standard charges £2.16.
I don't need this service as I was going to make 1 call only. I texted 150 and it replied add the international pass £2.16 has been successful.
I just need my number can call 1 time, based on the actual useage. Not a pass. But I can't cancel it myself. Please help.

Are you sure it's not the £2.16 International Pass add-on used for discounted rates on calling abroad?

@KC522 : The £2.59 (£2.16 +VAT) daily charge is not a pass but a fixed charge on everybody's a/c that is only charged on the days when you use any of your UK allowances in the EU when you don't have a 7 or 12-day pass. It cannot be removed.
So if you only make 1 call on a particular day you'll only be charged it once.

Yes, this is the International pass I mentioned, it was activated in error and I have to contact their CS to cancel it, there is no way to cancel this pass by sending text msg to 150.

@Matt_124 : Ah, yes, it probably is. I assumed this was about a roaming call & the coincidence that £2.16 + VAT = £2.59 the daily EU roaming charge.
I believe this may be stopped by texting STOP CALL ABROAD to 150.
