Remove Spend Cap

Hello Please help me. I am in Europe and my roaming isn’t working as there is spend cap put on it around £10. I am unable to call or contact anyone at the EE due to network issue. Please help me removed the spend cap and enable roaming please.

How do you know it's a spend cap stopping you using your phone in EU? £10 is enough to cover about 4 days roaming. Were you able to use it for the 1st few days?

Hi @Mighty12345.

Welcome to the community.

You're able to make changes to your spend cap through your EE Account online or through the app.

You can also send a text with SPEND CAP to 150 and follow the instructions.
