I am in German right now, and ee’s roaming is a disgrace, even charged by £2.59 a day for this s**t.

Good morning @Liang.
Welcome to the community.
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues when roaming in Germany.
Please could you let us know what problems you are facing? I'd love to see if we can help and hopefully turn your experience around.

Hi Katie,
My problems are the same as others here. I also have checked all the answers EE provided, and to be honest all of them don’t make sense. My suggestion to you is just to go to Germany then you will feel how rubbish your EE roaming is, from there you may get some ideas about how to fix it.

Hi @Liang.
Do you experience the same in other countries?
Have you been able to report this to our technical care team?

@Liang  You’ve not said what the issue is except that it’s rubbish.  That doesn’t say anything about the problem you have.   Can you be more specific?
“My problems are the same as others here”.
Like exactly?   Because that doesn’t mean anything.

@Liang , I have been to Germany and Switzerland as well as Italy and never had a problem with roaming, so not sure why you are blaming EE, as you are roaming and using a foreign network, so maybe try and do a manual search for a network before making these accusations, and have been cruising on the Mediterranean and not had problems connecting when near or at port of different countries, also Egypt and America, always automatically connected without having to do a manual search..
You are only charged when using your phone, but you could also pay for a 7 day or 12 day pass instead of daily. If you had the right package, you would get roaming included if on contract, but otherwise you do have to pay for the privilege of roaming, it is all here:
