Hi I hope someone can help me please. I paid for mobile coverage abroad before I went on holiday I was assured it would work ok . I’m at the top end of Corfu in the Mare Blue Resort and my phone thinks I’m in Albania and I have completely restricted service and I can’t even call Ee I’m very disappointed and upset that I’ve paid for a service I’m not getting.

@Bayley11 , you would need to go to settings and then click on Mobile Settings and then Network Selection and switch off automatic and you should see different networks and try choosing one of them, that is how it works on IPhone, not sure with Android, but should be something similar, I would have thought.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
