Mobile hotspot not connecting to any device

I have this issue on EE. My phone says tethered but other device never connects. Any idea how to fix. Have tried tethering to non EE phone and works fine.

Thanks Alex. That was what I wanted to know, ie whether EE restricts in France. 

Laptop connects to iPhone (link) symbol but WiFi doesn’t connect. 

if I tether to my kids non EE phone it works fine (sky mobile) also iPhone. 

it’s very odd.

Have reset  iPhone and today it’s all working. Thank you community.
