You can check your upgrade eligibility by logging in to your EE account online or via the app.
There is also the option to text UP to 150.

Our chat support is available via the help section in the EE app, however they won't be able to help with broadband equipment return unfortunately.
If you have only recently returned the equipment it is normal for the account to not be updated straightaway, but if it has been awhile and you are still getting requests I would recommend reaching out to our team Contact Us About Broadband and Landline Billing and Account | EE
