Roam Further on All rounder - Apr 25

Olib

2 different people on 150 have just promised me that the All Rounder for iPhone package I upgraded to today includes both EU and Zone 1 roaming by default.

This is directly contradicted by both the website Info on the package and the description of my product in the app. They say the website is wrong.

Which do I trust? Am off to the USA in 3 weeks and don’t want to find I am on EU only!

All Rounder plans taken on or after 29th August 2024 only include EU Roaming and not RoW Zone 1.

Full Works includes EU + Zone 1.

This is reflected in the T&Cs here: https://ee.co.uk/help/terms-and-conditions/mobile/pay-monthly/phone-plans

This will be reflected in your Active Add-ons, where All Rounder only has Roam in EU, and Full Works has Roam in EU and Roam Further Pass/Roaming Pass ROW which provides the Zone 1 destinations.

Hi @Olib

Make sure roaming is activated on your account as if maybe set to off if you have upgraded.

Thanks
