ROW1 inclusive extra

Recently noticed the addition of ROW1 as an inclusive extra on my all rounder plan, my question, if i select this as an inclusive extra do i also need to increase my spend cap which is currently set to £0?  I dont see why i would but you never know!

I like to avoid dialling chargeable numbers thats why my spend cap is zero, dont really want to change it.

If you select an inclusive extra then you won't need to change your Spend Cap for this.
