Hi, I’m travelling around the eastern Caribbean and just wanting to make sure I can use my roaming pass ROW there?

Why, do you possess a Zone 3 Pass? That's the the pass for the Caribbean - Calls and texts - Unlimited & Data- 500 Mb for £7.50 / day.

@JessW19  No you can not use that pass for that location.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You can find available roaming passes on the Roaming Costs page and we will send you a text when you land to add the correct pass. 

Please make sure to text ROAMING to 150 before travelling to make sure the account is set up for roaming.
