EE CS are on +44 7953 966150 from any working phone, or you may be able to use online-chat via the myEE app.
There is no email address for CS. Roaming means using your phone on foreign networks, WiFi is just a connection between a mobile device & broadband router, and has nothing to do with a mobile network.

Hey there @FairyT
I hope you've been enjoying your trip so far, these issues aside of course.
As well as the number @bristolian shared here, you can also connect with one of our billing Guides via the help section of the EE App.
Just select the 'Message Us' option, and our virtual assistant will ask you a few questions before popping you through to someone 😊

Hi Peter,
I cannot call CS on +44 7953 966150 from my Australian number and I cannot download the app due to region restrictions in Sydney. What do you advise I do?

Find a phone from which you can call EE-CS, or prepare to be offline until you can. If there was another way, the person who originally started this thread would have been told of it.
