Email/chat to EE from Australia

How can I email EE or chat online? I am trying to contact EE from Australia. I went in store to the Tottenham Court EE branch, before leaving the country to confirm that my international roaming was activated, and to ask how I could pay 2 months in advance.

I was unable to use my unlimited Wi-Fi in Singapore and Australia until I called EE to be told my international roaming was not activated, and I have been charged for that phone call.. almost  £18 extra!!

I've received online EE bill statement that says my monthly charge will be coming out of my account on the 11th June, alongside the almost £18 for extra charges.

I have paid two months in advance and confirmed I could use my phone abroad, and now I have all these extra charges coming out of my account in less than a week.

How can I speak/chat to someone ASAP without being charged extra?!

Thanks in advance,
Therese

EE CS are on +44 7953 966150 from any working phone, or you may be able to use online-chat via the myEE app.

There is no email address for CS. Roaming means using your phone on foreign networks, WiFi is just a connection between a mobile device & broadband router, and has nothing to do with a mobile network.

Hey there @FairyT

I hope you've been enjoying your trip so far, these issues aside of course.

As well as the number @bristolian shared here, you can also connect with one of our billing Guides via the help section of the EE App.

Just select the 'Message Us' option, and our virtual assistant will ask you a few questions before popping you through to someone 😊
