Phone block abroad

Hi gang my phone's been partially cut off coz not paid my bill I'm on holiday I can't even call them to discuss it I've just paid half my bill but still can't call them how can I SPK to them I've got dispute over my contract before I left anyone help me I'm panicking in case they cut me off altogether all my travel Doc's are on here my wife's phone broke on way over HELP PLEASE

Even in the case of your phone's network service being suspended, access to documents & data contained on it will still be available.
