Overcharged when roaming in Europe?

My wife has recently returned from a week in Spain and on a couple of days when she phoned home her EE bill shows £2.47 for a call and a separate £2.47 charge for data on the same day, so £4.94/day for 2 days of the holiday. Doesn't seem right to me. Hasn't anyone else experienced this?

Check the 12th and 13th October. The 12th was the day she arrived.

@blackbat  You will need to call customer support about this and point out them you’ve been charged twice on the same day.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Just out of interest, did you make any calls on the other days? If so, that might be evidence of a billing issue on the days in question.

CS in any case.

Thanks for letting us know @blackbat It may be the condensed charge may have covered separate days, It's something that our billing team will need to look into for you and they will give you some clarity around those charges.

To speak to the billing team, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, then just select options 1, 2 then 1 again, or you can dial 07953 966 150 from any other phone.

You can find our contact us page here
