I'm travelling abroad and need a roaming package when I call 150 it says you will receive a text to follow through but I get nothing no text.
Also can't get it when I log in online.
How can I solve this issue?
Is there another way to speak to someone?

Are you already abroad?
If not, when calling 150 please select option 2.
This should take you to the automated menu which will then connect you to an agent.

Can you be clear on what you mean by "nothing works" - does your phone show a connection to any local networks?
This makes a fundamental difference as to whether your issue is just one of billing add-ons, or is a fundamental lack of the (free) roaming facility.
