Hello @AaronH94 ,

Welcome to the community,

Are you on pay as you go or monthly contract?

Did you first use your SIM card in the UK ?

If on monthly contract, did you activate roaming on your account and did you receive the welcome message?

On pay as you go, roaming is automatically enabled.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I am monthly contract, I activated roaming abroad on the app before coming yes, I have had signal previously abroad back in may in turkey, I also used the SIM card in uk first yes

Are you on contract or PAYG? Had you used that SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad?

If you are on contract, did you activate roaming on your EE a/c before you left UK by texting ROAMING to 150? Having a roaming billing add-on doesn't of itself activate roaming on your a/c. Having roaming activated on your EE a/c, not just on your device, is crucial to using your contract SIM abroad.

Often just rebooting the phone is the simple remedy. Also try selecting a network manually rather than auto.

Otherwise you need to call CS to get your roaming activated. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

Thank you @AaronH94 , you may have to ring customer service, as it seems you have tried everything, and as I am a customer like you, I have no idea otherwise..

You can't activate roaming using the app; only be text or calling CS. You just bought a roaming billing add-on with the app but that doesn't of itself activate roaming on your a/c.

Just to clarify, is that 3 days the duration of the time you've been in Tunisia? Or have you been there longer but only had coverage initially before subsequently having problems?
