Hi, I am in Thailand and want to do the £25 per week roaming desk you introduced this morning. For some reason, I have not received a text message from you, providing the link for me to do this. Please can you send me the text message now. Thank you!

But, have the new products really started today, December 4?? See my post a few minutes ago. The new products do not seem to be available in Thailand. I have been trying various things since 01.00 UK time today. …….wuth no success…..so ended up doing the old Travel Data Pass……

Hey there @Watsond2, thanks for stopping by!
With our new roaming add-ons, you're only able to purchase these when you're in the location and connected to a local network.
Has your phone picked up a signal with any of the local carriers, and have you tried connecting to a web page to see if this redirects to a page with the available add-ons?

Try to load a web page with your data turned on while connected to the foreign network. It may divert you to the page to buy the addon as advised by @Peter_W.

Yes, of course. I have been in Thailand since Sunday and have used the Travel Data Pass for 500 MB both yesterday and today. These have worked perfectly, as they did in the UAE last week.
The issue is clear - we are not being offered the new deals (1 week for £25) as promised from today - you need to be sending us the texts for us to choose those packages. If not, as soon as one switches on mobile data, it automatically sees you as taking out a one day package (500 MB for £8.95) under the old system..,…
