Hi am in Orlando USA. Since arrival I get network unavailable on my Pixel 3a phone. I have EE Roam Further pass and also roaming enabled on my device and EE account before I left UK. I have automatically select network enabled on my phone. I tried switching that off but returns no networks found. I have tried restarting my device.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Just to confirm, are you saying that your phone does a search for available networks but finds none?
There's your underlying problem, if so.
FYI you have a short time after posting to edit, to negate the need for multiple short replies.

Hello @seasidebob.
Welcome to the EE Community.
When you arrived did you receive a welcome text?
You mentioned you activated roaming on your account, did you do this by texting ROAMING to 150 or by giving us a call?
Are you aware of anyone else experiencing this?
Katie

Hi @Katie_B no not received welcome text
I text ROAMING to 150 before leaving UK where response was my phone is set up to roam in any country worldwide.
I am only person in my party trying to roam with EE. One of my daughters has a eSIM with a local provider as has connection ok.

Thanks for confirming @seasidebob.
Do you have a spend cap on your account?
Does your phone show No Service?
Speak soon,

Thanks for the swift response @Katie_B
Spend cap is £40
And yes shows No Service.
My wife is with EE and although not data roaming she did receive welcome text and is showing as network with T-Mobile.
As explained - if I try do manual search on my device it returns no network. I have used my device roaming ok in EU last year. I have checked and my device does have roaming enabled on it.

Thanks @bristolian
Yes returns no networks found. I wonder if that is the problem. Especially as this morning have found my wife with EE does have network connection.
Any ideas of a solution for me here please? Could I try a reset of networks on my device?
How may I retrospectively turn on roaming for my wife with EE? We are now outside the UK so unable to text 150.

What do you mean by "my wife does have network connection". If her phone shows a network connection, can she make/receive calls, send/receive texts and/or use mobile data?
If she can, then she is roaming.
