How do I get EE to realize I didn't order roaming and it got that total within a day, left on the 30th Dec 2024 for overseas and landed on the 31st Dec 2024, help

Raoming charges would only be incurred in one of two scenarios.
1: You have requested a billing add-on and thus that add-on is chargeable
2: You have used your phone abroad (thus have roamed) and incurred charges
