I’m currently on a full works pay monthly which has inclusive roaming. Just got a text saying that the roaming plans are changing and it looks like they’ll now be chargeable.
Is this correct?

Hmmm it’s the only reason I’ve stayed with EE as I had free EU roaming and I don’t believe they can change our contracts! If they do they I’ll switch to another provider for less than half the cost.
I use an ESim when travelling outside the EU it works out a lot cheaper and is super easy to use.

I’ve started using ESims when I’m out of the EU it works out a lot cheaper - especially when just holidaying.

I have received a text informing me that new "Better" roaming charges are to be introduced from the 4th December.... can anyone explain how £100 for 4 weeks is "Better" than £25 we currently pay ?? !!
I will be leaving EE !!

"Improving" how?
You have contractual obligations. You don't get to unilaterally change a contract to benefit yourselves.

Hi @Bouedo44
Welcome to the community.
If you're on a Max Plan or Full Works plan that you took out before 7th July 2021, you can enjoy your allowances as you would at home, at no extra cost.
Check out our Roaming Cost Calculator, when logged into your EE account to check.

Welcome to the community.
If you have inclusive extras included with your plan, you can choose the Roam Abroad Pass as one of those , which allows you to use your phone in selected countries as part of your plan.
If you would like to change to one of those plans, just give us a call on 150.
