Can't contact EE apart from via this forum, as there is no live chat etc, they aren't on whatsapp, and my EE app has updated and wants to log me in and send me a text to verify my mobile number !
So I'm stuck. Can anyone from EE help please?
I'm sure I've texted ROAMING multiple times and it's worked in 5-6 places in Europe late last year.

You may v. well have had EU roaming enabled but not global roaming. Now you are outside EU you no longer have the ability to roam.
If you are on contract you need to call CS to get your roaming activated. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

It appears I only have EU ROAMING ! I can't add it on on my account screen so how do I get USA ROAMING Added please?
