Is it possible to speak to a customer service person???

Good afternoon all,

I have a problem receiving calls and texts while in the EU. I can make calls and texts but not receive. Is there a person out there that can help. I've checked the phone settings and roaming etc. and all looks fine. It's a problem as I cannot get OTP's etc..

I cannot find any meaningful numbers in order to speak to a person. 

Any help will be appreciated.

I'm concerned to hear that you can't receive calls and texts. Do you know if it's just one person or company that can't call and text you, or is it the same for all the calls and texts that you're trying to receive?

Have you been able to receive calls or texts abroad previously?

Did you receive the welcome text message on first arrival? If you send a text from your phone to your own number, does it arrive OK?

Are the symptoms the same across all local networks that you've connected to, using manual selection?
